The Center subscribes to the idea that evaluation begins before the project starts.  Our experienced evaluation team is with you every step of the way.  In collaboration with the project team, we develop a thorough and rigorous evaluation plan, assist with data collection, inform survey design and work with the project team to ensure the evaluation meets the needs of all the stakeholders.
